I'm using Outlook 2003 with BCM. I just noticed that I got a read-receipt
on an email (example below), and that it "automatically" got entered into
the BCM history of the contact who sent it to me.
Problem is...the read receipt arrived about 11:01 a.m. (Outlook put this
date on it), but it got automatically entered and dated at 1:37 p.m. in
BCM...
I had shut down my PC BEFORE 11:01a.m., and around 1:37pm was about the time
I re-started the PC, opened Outlook, and checked e-mails again.
Is this a bug? Shouldn't it "know" the time of the email was 11:01a.m. I
wonder if this will affect ALL emails, not just read receipts?
Thanks,
George
