BCM Autolink not working

We use Outlook 2007 with BCM and recently (in the last few weeks) the auto
link feature no longer works. If for example we schedule an appointment from
a contact record it shows up in calander but with no information linked. Our
reps who use this to plan there weeks now have a diary full of blank
appaintments.

Anyone else had this problem or an idea how to fix.
