bcm contacts break mappoint add-in button

how come my mappoint add-in button works on normal contacts but doesn't work
on bcm contacts?

Tell Microsoft support. They are both Microsoft apps. They'll probably
fix it.

Could you be a little more specific than "doesn't work?" For example, do
you get an error message that you could provide me? I have v2 on my laptop
and my mapping feature works fine. Are you using v1 or v2 of BCM?

laptop and my mapping feature works fine. Are you using v1 or v2 of BCM?

thats whats odd, there isn't any error message. it just doesn't do anything.
im running bcm v2 and mappoint 2004.

FYI: it works on another computer, just not mine.
