BCM crashes

Hi there,

I was referred to this site through a questions forum on Microsoft.com

I have Outlook thorugh Office 2007 Ultimate and it includes the
Business Contact Manager which I have used for the past year with little
problem (on Vista).

Recently I've been getting repeated errors saying "could not complete
your last action. Please try again." It crashes my whole Outlook
regularly and lately has been inaccessible for some unknow reason for a
random amount of time and restarts.

Does anyone have any ideas baout how to fix this? I saw a post about
removing a registry key, but in doing an advanced search, I could not
find the key on my system.
