How do you call 'een agenda' in English? Diary? Scheduler?
Anyway, when you make an appointment in BCM it is shown in Diary of Outlook,
but what you don't see is with whom you made the appointment.
So you get a notification in the remember list, but when you click on the
message, you can't see the wanted information. So you have to go back to
account history of BCM.... that is rather anoying.
Isn't there a way to show the Contactperson or the Account in the window of
the appointment.
