I have been working with BCM a lot, and being the one who researched and
implemented the use of BCM I kind of feel stupid that it doesn't do some
basic functions that it should.

1. I want to link multiple accounts and contacts to a project or
opportunity. How often do you do a project where you only deal with ONE
person, or ONE company, seriously?

2. I want to convert an opportunity to a project. It seems to me that when
an opportunity closes won, it should automatically become a project. Thats
just how we use it, so I'm not speaking for everyone, but at least give me
the option to make it into a project so that I don't have to go in and AGAIN
input the same basic information into a project.

3. I don't understand the point of having a developer tab that is not
functional. The captions given for phone numbers are not the ones that my
boss wants to use, so I go into design this form and make the changes that I
want to make and guess what? It cannot be saved! Do you know how
frustrating it is when you can see the changes that you want but cannot make
them save?

Now I'm not saying that MS is horrible, they have made all of their
applications very user friendly for people who don't know much about
computers. Basic macros have become very easy to do, etc. But really, think
about the people who buy your products and how, in the real world, they will
be using your products. People spend a lot of money on software and we don't
want to be jacked around waiting for the next thing to come out because this
this version is pretty good, but not quite good enough.
