All,
I used to use ACT heavily when I was in sales, and I liked the linking and
reports I could print to display particular activities with particular
accounts. Now I teach and want to keep track of written and electronic
communications with colleagues, families and administration.
So I downloaded the Office2007 "Small Business" trial and the whole package
seemed to install just fine. I did so to make sure I tried the BCM
capabilities. I believe I remember BCM-specific choices and modules in the
install procedures.
Now there are no BCM-specific entries in the Trust Center section called
"Add-Ins". There are none of the buttons referred to in the Help files. How
can I resurrect BCM from this Outlook install? I will look to see if there is
a "repair" version of the install process. Since there is no CD I will have
to run the download file(s) again, I guess.
Please offer any suggestions. Thanks, in advance.
