BCM didn't install? link? ..it's a no show. Can we revive it?

All,
I used to use ACT heavily when I was in sales, and I liked the linking and
reports I could print to display particular activities with particular
accounts. Now I teach and want to keep track of written and electronic
communications with colleagues, families and administration.

So I downloaded the Office2007 "Small Business" trial and the whole package
seemed to install just fine. I did so to make sure I tried the BCM
capabilities. I believe I remember BCM-specific choices and modules in the
install procedures.

Now there are no BCM-specific entries in the Trust Center section called
"Add-Ins". There are none of the buttons referred to in the Help files. How
can I resurrect BCM from this Outlook install? I will look to see if there is
a "repair" version of the install process. Since there is no CD I will have
to run the download file(s) again, I guess.

Please offer any suggestions. Thanks, in advance.

Hello,

It seems you might not have BCM installed. BCM is a seperate download and
installation from Office. Try to get Office Professional 2007 Trial and you
will see two download buttons. Download from second dowload button. Since
you already have Office Small Business installed, you don't need to download
Office again. Just get the second download and install it. That should give
you BCM. Once you have succesfully installed, you will see BCM configuration
wizard when you start Outlook.
