BCM does not load under user account (limited account)

This is a follow on question to my Post of 8/7 (Patrick)
I am still trying to get Outlook 2003 with BCM to work
properly under a user account (limited account).

Problem: BCM loads when I open Outlook 2003 under the
Administrator account; however, BCM does not load when I
open Outlook 2003 under a (limited) user account.

I have followed what Sue Mosher suggested in her reply
Post of 8/7: I double clicked on EnableBCM, and got the
message that it is already enabled. I also followed her
other suggestion and added the user account (which is a
limited account) to the BCM Users Group. When I open
Outlook under the User account, and use the default
profile (Outlook), I still do not get the opening screen
asking if I would like to use BCM and BCM still does not
load.

However, after creating a new Outlook Profile (under the
same limited user account, I do get the question "Would
you like to use BCM?). However, after clicking YES, I
get the following error message "There was a problem
connecting to the database engine".

I still have not imported any data into Outlook 2003 (I
will continue using OE untill I get Outlook 2003 with BCM
to load under the limited account) and have no problem
unistalling BCM and reinstalling it if that can solve the
problem. Thank you
