I've setup campaigns in BCM to email follow up questionairres my patients
every 3 months. I placed "fields" in the document so it would populate with
patient specific information I have stored in their BCM profile. I have been
unable to place "fields" that are linked to Accounts in BCM though. Currently
I have the document populated with "fields" from a Business Contact but I
also need the "business fax" field from Account. Is there a way to place
fields from Business Contact & Account on the same form. Is there anyone that
specializes in BCM?
