BCM error - cannot open information store

Just installed BCM update on 6 WIN XP SP2 machines. On one only, I get an
error"unable to open the information store". None of the BCM toolbars or
menu items load. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Any help?

Is this an Exchange environment?

Information Store error typically means Outlook is not loading the mailbox
file, and it may not necessarily be a BCM error.

Can you see the e-mail fine? What is the release of .NET Framework on this
system?

What happens if you try to create a new Outlook profile? What happens if you
go to File -> Manage Datafiles -> Add BCM Database?

Yes, it's Exchange. The e-mail account opens normally. Attempting to add a
new BCM data file failed also.

Creating a new profile solved the problem.
