I am getting an error message when I try to open a
contact in BCM. "Form could not be opened...array index
out of bounds".

Please help!

Business Contact Manager is new enough that we don't have a lot of solid troubleshooting information yet. I'd suggest that you initiate a support incident with Microsoft at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;en-us;incidentsubmit.You will need a .Net Passport, but there should be no charge for filing the request for help.

Have you been able to fix your "Array out of bounds" problem? I am experiencing same error when trying to open an account

I had the same problem. Soon after I configured Intellisync to work
with BCM my business contacts stopped working because of the error you
described. After a lot of heartache I figured it out:

1) Close Outlook
2) Search for frmcache.dat on your hard drive and rename it
frmcache.old.
3) Restart Outlook and try clicking on any of your Contacts

Outlook should recreate the proper form and then you should be good to
go.

Best of luck!

Thanks for the Tip. I renamed the frmcache.dat into frmcache.old and restarted Outlook. The Array Index Out Of Bound message disappeared and the Business Contacts Form started normal.

Thanks
