When I export BCM to a CSV file outlook lets me do this and creats a file.
Problem is when I import it into another database it doesn't work import
properly.
When you look at the CSV file in Excel it looks like gobely guk. I think
this points to the fact that BCM didn't export to a proper CSV file. Any
suggestions on what to do?
Thanks!

BCM exports files in unicode format.

Older apps may have trouble with unicode. You can load the CSV file
into notepad, which understands unicode, and save it with an older
encoding (an option when you do a Save As) that your app might
understand.
