BCM File Location

I'm getting set to rebuilding my harddrive after sufferring a virus attack.
It's been an experience I won't forget. I can still access the files through
the Safe Mode but I can't find the file that contains all my Business
Contact addresses. I understand they are not in the .pst file. Will someone
please point me in the right direction? Thanks.

7-28-06 AM Update! Found the files... I think. (.mdf and ldf @ c:\Documents
and Settings\John\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Business Contact
Manager)

I'm very green with BCM and was merely exploring the feature. I wasn't
connected to Microsoft Exchange but was able to create a set of contact
records that appeared in my Folder List under Business Contact Manager (BCM)
I believe or some similar designation. (The machine is down right now
getting ready to be reformated.) I moved a lot of addresses from my .pst
folder into that one for BCM. I need to access it again when I get the
machine reformated. But I've discovered another issue when I attempted to
access that database in the Safe Mode. I got this message (I'm runnig
Outlook from MSOffice 2003 - Professional:

Business Contact Manager for Outlook
Business Contact Manager for Outlook cannot be loaded. This action cannot be
completed because BCM cannot access the database. The database is currently
stopped. Do you want to change the database configuration?

I'm probably going to face this same message after the reformat. I've got
my .pst files but need to capture those for for BCM.

Q1) If I copy the .mdf and .ldf files to the same directory in the
reinstall, will I have all I need? I may have to tell the program to use
these files somehow. If that's the case...
Q2) How do I get the reinstalled BCM program to recognize these old files
mentioned in Q1?

I also got another message related to the programs inability to find the
database. This occurred when I highlighted the BCM file listed in the File
List:

Microsoft Office Outlook
The set of folders cold not be opened. The server is not avaialble. Contact
your administrator if this condition persists.

I'm the administrator but I don't know what to tell myself!

Q3) Will this last condition straighten itself out once I resolve the
database configuration issue? PLease point me in the direction to learn how
to make that configuration.
