BCM for Outlook could not complete your last action...

I just got my new computer with MS Office Small Business. THe BCM keeps on
giving the following message "Business contact manager for outlook could not
complete your last action or actions. Please try again." It is pretty bad.
How can it be fixed?

Can you give some more information on at what point BCM gives this error?
When you start Outlook, do you see BCM database configuration wizard? If
yes, did you try to configure BCM.
If you don't see this dialog, do you see "Business Contact Manager" as one
of the root folder in Outlook?
Do you see "Business Contact Manager" as one of the menu in Outlook window?

I get the error when I am in Outlook 2007 and go to the HOME tab in BUSINESS
CONTACT MANAGER - HOME.

I guess that my investment in authentic software is not paying off!!
