Running XP SP2, Outlook 2007 with BCM, have ALL recommended updates loaded.
When I open BCM and click "Accounts", the first account name semi-loads,
then the system freezes. I have to Ctrl-Alt-Del to close Outlook. Have
searched the web, see many others with similar problems, but no resolutions.
Have tried Microsoft product support page, but when asked for Product ID
number, and I type it in carefully and correctly, and click 'next', nothing
happens. I rang MIcrosoft, they gave me a ticket number, then left me on hold
for 42 minutes.
Does ANYONE have any idea how to fix this thing?
