BCM, how is it??

Wondering how you like BCM? I have been a long time ACT
user and I"m looking at moving to one program that can do
everything for me. I'm in sales and I need to keep
accurate records of everything that I'm doing. ACT's
email program stinks. So, how is BCM for contact
managment and how does it compare to ACT?

If you're looking an answer here, sorry. I'm in exactly the same boat! I own
a small business, have used it for years and have to change to OL 2000 every
time I need email functionality. Maybe some kind soul will answer.
