bcm import utility

We have ACT! 6.0 and tried to convert it to a BCM file using the BCM
ImportUtility. The utility finishes and says it converted all 4000 contacts
successfully but the converted file is only a 1 KB file.
When I look at the install log, this is what is shown
Type,Message,RowKey
Group, The URL cannot be empty.
Parameter name: url, GROUP:

I googled this error and could find no mention of it. Has anyone been
successful in converting an ACT! 6.0 database and, if so, how did you do it?
