BCM in Office Ultimate 2007 Won't Install on W7 Ultimate 32

I had BCM installed on Vista, but when I upgraded to W7U, it was gone. I
followed the instructions for inserting Disc 2 and selecting BCM, but BCM is
grayed out and non selectable and only Accounting is enabled.

Any ideas as to what happened and how I can install it?
