BCM in Outlook 2000

When I put a new contact in Outlook 2000, it asks me if I want to designate this as a Small Business Contact Manager contact. Can someone explain the advantage of this, if yu can sort them as Small Business Contacts, and if so, where are they located? I can't find them grouped together anywhere in contacts.

Thank you for your insights.

Do you have a BCM Folder with a Business Contacts subfolder?

If you put a Contact in that flder it will have a different form
geared towards small businesses. The fields are arranged differentl
and you can track your emails and documents for that Contact. Track
sales opportunity. And so on.

I thought it only came with Outlook 2003

Small Business Contact Manager in Office 2000 and BCM in Office 2003 are two
different programs.

I thought they were all in the Contacts folder, but I might be forgetting
how SBCM works -- it's been a while.
