BCM in Outlook 2007 w/o Office?

I'm scared to death to upgrade to Office 2007 until the issues with this
release are resolved. I've already purchased Outlook 2007 thinking BCM was
included. It doesn't seem to be included in the stand alone product (it was
included in Outlook 2003).

Is there any way to upgrade the stand alone Outlook 2007 to include BCM?

Microsoft currently appears to want to force anyone who wants to use BCM
2007 to purchase one of the following office suite flavors: Small Business,
Pro, or Enterprise, and if you have any other Office 2007 products.......

Please vote for my suggestion posted on 9/12 that Microsoft sell BCM 2007as
an add on for Outlook 2007, thus solving all of our complaints about
availability. I have BCM because I have the Enterprise flavor, but I would
like to obtain/purchase additional licenses for others in our company who do
not have the "correct" flavor of Office 2007. MS says that they will
"consider" suggestions that have more votes, so anyone else, please vote on
this suggestion too.

Yes, we got BCM 2003 for free, but heck, if we want MS to support this
product and make it grow, we shouldn't mind paying a "resonable" price for it.
