BCM Integration with Accounting

BCM had an "Account" and Accounting 2007 had the same as a "Customer." After
integrating it created a duplicate "Account" in BCM (with slightly different
history and contact info). How do I merge the two "Accounts" in BCM?

Or do I have to manually update one and delete the other?

"All-in-one-place" and "seamless integration" are a real joy aren't they?

When BCM 2.0 integrated with SBA 1.0, and imported SBA customers, BCM
would detect duplicates and link the exisiting BCM contact to the SBA
customer.

When MOA integrates with BCM 2007, it doesn't do any dup detection. I
expect because MOA is the new product (fewer users than BCM), it
assumes that the most likely scenario is a user new to MOA, who will
already have all their customer contacts in BCM and wants to use them
in MOA.

If you want MOA to detect duplicate contacts, you'll have to ask MOA
to add that feature.
