BCM marketing campaign contacts / Rules for folders

I just started working at a company where the previous person who used my
outlook has several lists under BCM that I would like to change, but I am
unable to change them. In addition, when I try to make a marketing campaign,
I can only use the emails that are in BCM and not other lists. Why is
outlook set up like this and how can i import new contact lists into my
business contact manager?

Also, I have created 2 new email addresses and I have different folders that
I would like the emails to go to. I know that I have to change my rules for
this to happen, but I do not understand which rules I have to change. Right
now my email is sending from an address that i do not want it to be sending
to.

please HelP!
