BCM Menu and commands went away - help!

Hello all,
I am using Outlook 2003 with BCM. I am comfortable with Outlook and am
teaching myself BCM. Today when I opened Outlook all of the extra commands
and menus that come with BCM are gone. I tried reloading/repairing BCM but
they are still gone. I do not remember doing anything that would have done
anything. eg - there used to be a File->Business Database-> backup/restore
command but now it just has the Personal Folder Backup. There was also a
whole menu for BCM and other things. Help?

The data is still there along with the different views including some that I
had built.

I found the answer in an earlier post. I will repost the answer fyi. Anybody
know why Outlook disables BCM?
