I'm using Outlook2003 with BCM. Ordinarily, it saves ALL emails coming from
a BCM contact in his/her BCM contact history.
There's this one organization (let's call it "alpha") that sends out daily
newsletters, and I like BCM to keep them for me in a bcm contact named
"alpha".
But "alpha" recently started changing its "from" address on newsletter every
day...so now BCM doesn't keep them because it's trying to key off of the one
(or 2 or 3 max) email addresses in alpha's BCM record.
So that I don't have to "manually" save each email daily, is there "any" way
to configure BCM to auto-keep the newsletters, somehow using the below info
that is each daily email's header on the using the below info?
4/30/06 NEWSLETER
From: : (e-mail address removed) *
on behalf of (e-mail address removed) **
To: (e-mail address removed)
**They change this "from" address everyday...tomorrow it migh be
(e-mail address removed)
**I have no idea what "on behalf of" means, but it DOES STAY THE SAME
everyday
Thanks,
George
