Hi,
I recently upgraded to Outlook 2003 as I wanted to use
BCM - Business Contact Manage.
After upgrading I realised I needed Office XP 2003 SBE w/
BCM to load BCM. So I went out an bought the Small Biz
Edition.
I installed the BCM from the 2nd disk and all went fine.
Upon reboot and launching Outlook 2003 I get a small
dialog box that indicates that the 2003 is being
installed. After installation I launch (w/ and w/o
rebooting) Outlook. It comes up fine I can see all
mustuff. But there is NO BCM. There is a menu option
under Start>> Programs for Outlook BCM w/ the "Help" and
the "Video Tour" ... that's it.
So I Repaired the installation but NO luck. I then
thought that I had the Standard Version of Outlook 2003
so I decided to load the Small Biz Version of Outlook.
I chose not to Upgrade which is what was recommended by
the installation program as I didn't want to upgrade
EXCEL, WORD etc. I chose to rather just install the
Outlook 2003 over my Standard 2003 and then installed BCM
again.
Still the same . . . NO BCM.
Can anyone help.
Thanks.
