I'm going to guess that you upgraded and have a previous version of Business
Contact Manager installed which is incompatible with your version of Office.
However, with no information on which version of OS or Office you are using
or whether this is a fresh install or an upgrade, I can only hazard a guess.

Hi, I've just had the same problem. Brand new laptop with trial version of
Office. I uninstalled that because I had bought a copy of Office Home and
Student 2007. So I installed mine and now every time I open an office
programme it says 'BCM Office application version does not match'. Any ideas

Check to see what is installed in the Windows control panel.
Business Contact Manager is a separate install and requires MS Office Outlook. MS Office Outlook is not included in Office Home and
Student.

Thanks Bob - I have uninstalled the Business Contact Manager and it's all
going perfectly now.
