BCM on SQL Cluster

Does anyone know if BCM can be installed on a SQL Cluster? I've been trying
very hard to get it to work but have not been able to get anywhere. I'm
using the BCM 2007 database tool from Microsoft but it just errors out with
a message that tells me the SQL Server service is not running. Any ideas
would be appreciated.
