BCM Plugin and MS Dynamics CRM Plugin in Outlook 2010+

Does anyone know if having the BCM Plugin and MS Dynamics CRM 11 Plugin in Outlook 2010 or 2013 installed and running at the same time cause conflicts? If so, any solutions? We want to switch from BCM to CRM but need to retain the notes that we have in BCM (as they apparently don't transfer or export).
