BCM search is broken

Any search that is keyed into the "Search All Contact Items" returns a no
match found.

The search address books works.
Desktop search for contact works.

Indexing options appear to be correct.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled BCM.
I have rebuilt the index.

Search still does not work.
