BCM - seems to have lost my files - again. how do i fix?

1] when i open BCM { XP Pro 2003 + Office 2003 Pro} it tells me that "server
is not available - contact administrator" I have used BCM for 5 years and it
is full of data i need but can no longer find. can you help?

2] i also need to copy these files accross to another PC as back up and for
use. How?

3] if all else fails i could install Office Pro 2007 with BCM 2007 as maybe
these problems are fixed in the new version. Is this wise? will it recover my
data into a 2007 version? ie act like an update preserving all data?

which is appropriate to your problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the
Microsoft Access database product. The Microsoft website is not all that
clear and may have misdirected you.

look for the MDF and LDF files.. and register them in _SOME_ instance
of SQL Server
