BCM sync to IPAQ

I have just bought IPAQ 4150 and want to sync it with outlook business
contact manager.

Please can you help?

Try this from an earlier thread...
Active Sync
have not had any luck getting that to install on a machine w/ OL 2003. It
installs on OL2002 and seems to survive an upgrade to OL2003, but won't
install on OL2003.
