BCM Tutorial available?

Very new to this program and was wondering if there are any web-based
tutorials available for BCM 07?

I went through the ones listed on Microsofts webpage but didnt find them
very helpful, esp. for someone who's never used the program. They don't seem
to cover very much (missing things like adding projects, accounts, managing
user defined fields, etc.)

If anyone knows of any tutuorials that are helpful, please let me know.
