BCM with a new outlook profile

I created a new outlook profile and want to associate BCM with it.
In outlook I went to "Data File Management" and added Business Contact
Manager.
However, I have an existing database to import that my collegue sent to me,
but there is no database import capability on the File Menu. Are there other
steps I need to take to completely enable BCM with a new outlook profile?
Any help would be appreciated.

Further information
1. There is a Business Contact Manager in the Folder List with Accounts,
Business Contacts, Business History, Deleted Items, Opportunities and Search
Folder below it. However, interestingly enough these are all using standard
outlook forms rather than BCM forms.
What gives?

it were a backup you had made of your database.
