BCM with multiple mailboxes

Has anyone run BCM when they have multiple mailboxes open (individual
and department)? We recently installed BCM and found that all of our
rules and out of offices disappeared and had to be recreated.

We are running BCM update, XP SP2, Office Pro 2003 with Outlook 2003
SP1 in cached mode (both mailboxes), on an Exchange server

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
