I am able to download SP1 for MS Office Outlook 2003 with BCM to my desktop,
when I try to install update I get the following message: SP1 for
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager
The update cannot be applied.
The InstallScript engine is missing from this machine. If available, please
run ISScript.msi. This was a message in OHotfix.msi from when I tried to
install the update for BCM SP1. Also the message said, the InstallScript
engine on this machine is older than the version required to run this setup.
If available, please install the latest version of ISScript.msi.
I ran a search for ISScript.msi and the search found no results. Is this
update looking for the Internet Information Services (ISS) that Windows XP
Components have and I don't have running at this time?
What do I need to do to fix this issue.
