I have been using BCM2003 for several years now on XP32. For the most part I
have been happy with BCM and I have a lot of data that I don't want to throw
away. My company recently signed up for CRM3.0 and wants me to use it. I
won't go into any great details, but CRM is a very poor substitute (even
though it is very expensive) for BCM. It does however create a huge market
for consultants to make CRM as useful as BCM, so I guess it is good for the
economy.
Is there some way to get BCM2003 and CRM to co-exist in Outlook? Do I need
to upgrade to BCM2007? Is BCM even a viable product any more? I have not
seen any upgrades for a long time.
