BCM2003 and Exchange2000

hi all,
We (15 clients) have Exchange 2000 and have Outlook 2003. We would like to
use the functionality of Business Contact Manager 2003.

Does anybody know if this is possible? if not, is there anything that could
be used in substitute?

BCM v2 will work with Outlook using Exchange as the mail server, but
BCM does not leverage Exchange in any way. BCM stores its data in a SQL
Server database, which must be shared from one of the PC clients and
the other Outlook/BCMs configured as clients of that database.
