I installed Business Contacts for PC (BCMV3PPC) but it keeps loading BCMV2PPC
onto the smartphone (Blackjack), which fails to function (about shows the
version as BCM v2). I have uninstalled BCMV2PPC & BCMV3PPC on the phone, in
active sync (uncheck then remove), and add-remove programs. I uninstalled and
reinstalled Activesync 4.5. I reinstalled BCMv3PPC. I even replaced the
physical phone with another Blackjack and V2 was again installed, so the old
files must be hiding on the PC. How do I expunge residual V2 files from the
PC and get a clean install of BCM V3? Help! This is critical to my business.
My system is XP SP2 and the mobile phone is a Blackjack Smartphone. I sync
via a USB cable, if that matters. Thanks for your help.
