BCWP <> BCWS when task 100%

I have a summary task that is 100% complete. It took longer than planned (96
days vs
33 days) The summary task has a fixed cost of 200k. The sub-tasks are all
completed and have no costs on them. The task is complete, the BCWS
value is the original 200k, but the BCWP value is 115k. Not sure why the
discrepancy.
