I have noticed when I export my BCWS information to Excel
(using Analyze Timescale Data in Excel) that in some
cases, the cost is intially entered as the "true
baseline" amount but then it is cut in half for the
remaining weeks in the schedule.
For example:
Task A baseline cost is $30 starting November 16.
When MS Project exports to excel, the $30 is entered for
the week of November 16 but for the subsequent weeks to
the end of the project it is captured as $15.
This is throwing off my Baseline cost and associated EV
data.
Any thoughts?
Thanks, Joanne
