BCWS/BCWP Calc Problem

I recently opened up a team members project only to find that BCWS and
BCWP are not calculating at all. However ACWP is calculating properly.
Is this a baseline problem? Cna I use VBA to pop the proper calc
results into each task?

It may be that you have not set a baseline. That would be a problem. No, you
can't use VBA to populate a calculated field like BCWP.

You could have it populate one of the custom fields with EV data that you
calculate on your own, but no matter what you do, if you have no baseline
you can't calculate it.
