I have a BCWS issue. When I compare the BCWS value for a task from the Gantt
view to the value for the same task in the Task usge view the values are
different.

I set the Status date to the end of the month and the BCWS value for a task
was 1459. When I go the Task usage View, set the detail style to Baseline
work and total the hours for the same task through the end of the same month,
the value is 1282.

Since BCWS is in Dollars, to get the value in hours I set the Labor rates on
the Resource sheet to $1.00.

What am I doing wrong. I am trying to use MS Project for EV and it is
proving very difficult to get consistent data.

First try the service pack updates. If you are on P2007, they are at SP2.
P2003 is on SP3.

What is your version of Project? I don't seem to be able to duplicate it
here on any version of Project i have installed.
