Be able to use wild cards when creating rules in Outlook 2003

I would like to be able to use wild cards when creating rules in Outlook 2003.
An example would be: In the subject field, to use *"PH"*
If I have email coming in with subjects of:
RE: PHa;lhdfeRMACY
PHladsjpeoRMACY
dlafPHl;adsRMACY
Flag all email with anything with a capital "PH" anywhere in the subject
field and move it to the Delete folder.
I think this is a specific example. I would like to be albe to use wild
cards with all fields.

Outlooks rules already behave this way. If you look for, say, "corn" in the
subject, a rule will match on "cornicopia", "corncob", and "unicorn" as well
as just "corn". In other words, Outlook's rules look for substrings.
