beckup copy up to last modified in word document?

Dear Sir,
WORD APPLICATION
I was working on word application and close my computer with save at
clossing office time 19:05 hours. Then I worked again on the same file from
21:30 to 1:30.
My comuter have a beck up system and autosave working every 5 minutes,
eventhough I find my file does not have all ammendments which i did up to
1:30.
Could you please guide me how I can retrive the last beckup and in future
what care i should maintain on using computer?

There is no such setting as AutoSave in Word. Word's AutoBackup only saves
the last saved copy of the document. If you are working on your document and
close it without saving, then all the changes since the last backup are
lost.
