Become the manager of these assignments issue

Hello
We've been running into a problem recently with changing ownership on a few
different project plans. We've changed ownership on a few plans and after
the PM republishes the plan while checking the "become the manager of these
assignments" checkbox, some (but not all) updates are still going to the
previous manager. We've made sure that all updates are approved by the
previous manager before republishing and when republishing that the "entire
plan" value is selected. Does anyone know why this may be happening and how
to change it?

Any help would be appreciated

Adam:

This may indicate some developing corruption in the plan. Try using the
technique described at the following link all by itself first:

The next step would be to save the project as an mpp file, delete the server
version without deleting the SharePoint site and import the project back to
the server.
