beforesave not working properly with MS Office Project Server 2003

Hi,

I can't seem to get the beforesave event handler to work with files opened
from Project Server.

I've added the code to the Enterprise global but still no luck.

Any thoughts?

Presumably you closed Project then re-opend after saving teh Enterprise
Global file? If not teh code won't be in the local global cache.

What is not working, what messages do you get?

Hi Rod,

When I first add the beforesave event handler to the enterprise global and
click save, it triggers - in this case just a message box.

When I later open a project from Project Web Access - I don't get the
message after I save even though I can see the code in ThisProject
(Global.MPT) and ThisProject(Global (+ non-cahed Enterprise)).

Thanks,

- James

If I open a project from Project Web access then save and close the project,
I will see my message triggered from the beforesave event handler when I
finally close MS Project.

Thanks,

And sorry, yes - I did try closing project and re-opening after saving the
enterprise global file.
