Beginner help:

I need to make a web page for local parents and coaches can post and view
highlight videos (High school football). I would like to have a start page
that describes the purpose of the site. A page that would show an organized
list and link to submitted videos. If possible the page that list submitted
video would be self updating and organizing. I would also like a login page
so that only limited people could upload. Finally I would of course like a
page where users actually upload their videos. If there is a place i could
learn how to do this in FP 2003 i would appreciate any help.

This something would requires server-side script (ASP, ASP.net, PHP) and a database, as well as a
upload component, unless the video will be under 1 MB in size, you will not be able to use FP
built-in upload component, as to use FP database component requires you to be hosted on a Windows
IIS web server.

where or for what programs do you reccomed i look. if all this is to much for
a novice to attempt i would understand, yet if you know of a moderately easy
to use program that would ease the creation of this website idea i would be
most grateful. Also thank you for the responce.

You will have to first determine what is supported by your web host and then either set about
learning the scripting language and database or hiring someone to do it for you.
