Bell icon missing in 2007

Does anyone know if it is possible to get the bell icon for reminders to show
up on your appointments in calendar view. It was a feature in 2003 to let
you know there was a reminder set. In 2007 it is not there and i have to
open every appointement to see if there is a reminder. HELP!
