Best Access Book

Can I please have your recomendations on the best access book for learning
this program?

A

Arvin Meyer

First it would be a good idea to learn something about relational databases.
Rebecca Riordan's "Designing Relational Database Systems" is a great start
up book as is Michael J. Hernandez's "Database Design for Mere Mortals". For
Access 2003, I'd recommend "Access 2003 Inside Out" by John L.Viescas

I cannot agree with Mr. Meyer more strongly. If you
don't learn something about relational databases first
you can become a great Access developer but you will be
developing polished shi*. Really. I took a database
class at the local community college and I know now that
what I developed last year is swill.
