Peggy Sue.
You've stated your need. Are we to assume that you expect "someone" to
donate that database to you? Or do you want a template that will help you
get a head start on building one? Or are you looking for references
regarding a commercial product you can buy? Or...?
Perhaps it is not clear from the website, but while this forum is sponsored
by MS, almost ALL of the people who participate are volunteers who donate
their experience and knowledge to ANSWER QUESTIONS regarding the MS Access
database application. The keywords, of course, are DONATE and QUESTIONS. No
one, that I know of, maintains a stock of databases like this one which they
give away to anyone who asks, although many of the experts do maintain
websites from which you can download code samples and excellent specific
guidance.
There is only one troll here, who ignores the rule that these forums are NOT
to be used for commercial advertising. He may well approach you, offering to
build this database "for a reasonable fee". Please know in advance that his
solicitations are in violation of the rules and principles of the forums
and, as such, are frowned on by virtually everyone else.
So, again, if you want help getting started building your own application,
you can probably start by reading posts here and at other forums, paying
especial attention to anything that has to do with Normalization. That is
the heart of good design. Then, when you are ready to begin to build your
application, please don't hesitate to post questions about issues you
encounter along the way.
Best of luck.
